Superheroes, princesses and dozens of Where’s Wally characters filled classrooms in Maghera Primary School to celebrate a love of reading.
World Book Day was marked with enthusiasm by young reading fans, who brought hundreds of characters to life.
Teachers also joined in with the fun, donning costumes, including Mrs Booth who surprised pupils when she came dressed as the granny from little red riding hood.
The school held a day of book-related activities and children were given the opportunity to swap stories and talk about their favourite characters, books and authors.
