Tuesday 9th February was a great day in our classroom- it was Shrove Tuesday and we were making pancakes!
Everyone was busy making the batter, doubling the recipe, weighing the ingredients, sieving flour, cracking eggs and whisking everything together until it was just right.
Miss Henry helped us cook our pancakes and while they were still warm we added toppings before we thoroughly enjoyed eating them! It was a real success!
