Thrills, spills and even a touch of sunshine! On a not so sunny Tuesday morning the children of Maghera Primary School P6 and P7 ventured off with their Ganaway instructors, Gareth and John, on what they hoped would be an epic trip!
The journey was only an hour and a half via bus and car. Ganaway Training and Activity Centre is situated conveniently in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the quiet countryside between Millisle and Ballywalter in the Ards Peninsula of County Down overlooking the Irish Sea.
Once rooms were sorted it was then lunch time! Lovely pizza and curly fries followed by strawberry yogurts and fruit. Our first activity was the Assault course. Here are a few photos from our trip so far……..
