P1 & P2 have been learning about the farm for their WAU topic. We have looked at where milk comes from, what products milk makes and how butter was made in the olden days. Today we made butter in two ways, firstly by whisking cream and secondly by putting cream into a jam jar and shaking. We discovered the jam jar was the quickest way. Finally we tasted our butter on crackers along with some cheese and it was delicious!
