P5/6 we had lots of fun being scientists today. We experimented with different liquids to test their density. We found that liquids like honey and golden syrup are dense and sink to the bottom of a jar. Liquids like water and oil are less dense and sit on the top of the jar. It was really fun putting in the different liquids and watching them move through the layers in the jar! At the end we tried to mix it all together to see what would happen, the layers stayed the same!
